Acetic Silicone Sealant
ZY9000 acetic cure silicone sealant exhibits an excellent adhesion to glass, tiles, ceramics, fiberglass, aluminium, non-oily woods , painted and powder coated surfaces, plastics and other non-porous surfaces.

Direction for use:
1.Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and grease-free. Remove all grit, oil, grease, detergents, flaking paint, oil sealant and any loose materials.
2.Cut tip off nozzle and cartridge, screw nozzle onto cartridge.
3.Fit into caulking gun, Hold the sealant gun at 45-degree angle, using slow and even pressure to release the sealant from the gun.
4.If required, smoothen and shape sealant with a spatula dipped in a mild detergent
5.Remove excess uncured sealant with a mineral turpentine soaked cloth. Fully cured excess sealant can be removed by trimming it with a sharp knife.

 

Warning:
This product emits acetic acid while curing, avoid contact with skin, eyes, mouth and avoid breathing vapors.
In case of eye contact, flush eyes with water for 15 minutes , obtain medical attention if necessary.
Use in well ventilated area, Ensure good ventilation if used indoors.
Keep out of reach of children.
