ZY9000 acetic cure silicone sealant exhibits an excellent adhesion to glass, tiles, ceramics, fiberglass, aluminium, non-oily woods , painted and powder coated surfaces, plastics and other non-porous surfaces.
It is one component, Acetic curing modules, high performance, strong adhesion silicone sealant.
It adopt 107 as raw material ,mixed with cross-linking agent, coupling agent, Formulated with calcium carbonate filler, with help of advanced formula technology and quality ingredients, to manufacture the exquisite uniform paste, silicone sealant ,smooth lump-free cream without bubble, which will cures into a tough rubbery solid upon exposure to moisture in the air.
Good extrusion and thixotropy in the temperature range of 4~40 °C.
Strong adhesive, non-corrosive, without primer and for most building materials it has good adhesive properties.
Direction for use:
Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and grease-free. Remove all grit, oil, grease, detergents, flaking paint, oil sealant and any loose materials.
Cut tip off nozzle and cartridge, screw nozzle onto cartridge.
Fit into caulking gun, Hold the sealant gun at 45-degree angle, using slow and even pressure to release the sealant from the gun.
If required, smoothen and shape sealant with a spatula dipped in a mild detergent
Remove excess uncured sealant with a mineral turpentine soaked cloth. Fully cured excess sealant can be removed by trimming it with a sharp knife.
